Recipes Left: 97
This was the first recipe in the book and probably the most common one in the world. The chocolate chunks were pretty good right out of the oven because they were like little pockets of fudge when you bit into the oven. The tops were much more firmer than the blueberries, but that may be due to the longer time these muffins were in the oven for.
Overall, the muffins were OK. The recipe was simple and most anyone that bakes will have the ingredients in their pantries.

This batch of muffin did not have chunks of food in it and I think it made the muffins turn out a lot better. Instead of 20 minutes, I put these in for 22 minutes. The muffins had a much better top and tasted much more like muffins than the first batch.
I really enjoyed making these muffins because of the marble. It was great fun switching chocolate and vanilla part to make the marble. I love how unique each muffin came out. :)
